The primary responsibility is to ensure the readiness of the training and site assets onsite. It is vital that this role can safely deliver cost effective maintenance activities, in line with planned preventative maintenance and situational demands. To actively seek and implement new improvement methods to increase reliability and to support maintenance compliance with all relative legislation and internal policies and procedures.
This role will also require facility maintenance responsibilities to ensure all planned contractors are managed in accordance to company and regulatory requirements.
This role is a key part of the team and is pivotal to ensure the site is safe and functional and in a constant state of readiness for the training programs to be conducted.
